You have already calculated how much protein and fat
you will be consuming every day. The only thing left to do is figure
out how many carbs you will be eating on a daily basis. This one is
simple. Whatever calories are left over after you calculate your protein
and fat should be used for carbohydrates. Just take the total calories
that are left over and divide by 4. This will tell you how many carbs
you should eat everyday.
