There are a lot of people who are looking to get their abs to show, but
they don't want to sacrifice weight when doing it. In some cases, they
are actually trying to burn the fat off of their stomach and gain
weight, or "bulk up" as it's commonly called. This is probably one of
the hardest things to do in the game of fitness. But, that doesn't mean
it's impossible. It takes a combination of dietary and workout
adjustments.
