Pudgy cheeks might be becoming on a child, but fat cheeks on an adult
often indicate weight gain. Cheek fat can accumulate along the sides of
the face, under the chin and along the neck to form jowls. Cheek fat can
be the unsightly evidence of a lack of good diet and exercise or the
result of age and a changing body. Losing cheek fat is no easier than
losing weight on the rest of the body. To slim the face, you'll need to
either perform facial exercises or modify your diet to decrease your
overall body weight.
