How to Lose Subcutaneous Belly Fat

Subcutaneous fat is stored close to the surface of the skin, over the abdominal muscles. In the belly area, this excess fat can appear to wobble when you jump up and down. You can lose subcutaneous belly fat by doing certain exercises at least three times a week. It is also important to maintain a healthy diet, to see a noticeable difference in your stomach area within 3 to 4 weeks. Losing weight from the stomach area will also reduce the risk of a number of health problems including diabetes, heart disease and cancer.
