To lose weight in your lower body, you must burn fat all over.
Unfortunately, there is no way to "spot-reduce" or lose fat from certain
body parts and not others, says the American Council on Exercise.
Weight loss throughout the body comes down to burning more calories than
you consume, so focus on cardio exercises to burn calories, muscle
strengthening to firm your body, and healthy eating to eliminate
excessive calorie intake and get proper nourishment.
