The Belly Fat Cure" is the latest diet book by Jorge Cruise. Cruise is
known for his previous books, "The Three Hour Diet," and '8 Minutes in
the Morning." Cruise formerly struggled with weight issues. After years
of extensive studying and research, Cruise stumbled upon a discovery: it
was not fat or carbs that contribute to belly fat: it is sugar. Sugar
elevates insulin levels in the blood, and insulin forces fat into cells.
Without insulin in the blood, he discovered, the body will not hold
onto fat. Belly fat begins to shrink within days of starting the Belly
Fat Cure diet. Many followers lose 9-14 pounds within the first week.
The diet is based on a few basic rules.
