How to Put on Weight Without Getting Fat

Diet plans are not always designed to help a person lose weight. In some cases they are meant to help people gain weight. Naturally, anyone can eat whatever they want if they want to gain fat, but to gain weight healthily you need to gain weight without gaining excess fat. This is done by adding lean muscle mass to the body, which means you will also need to be physically active when eating to gain weight and not fat.
