Stomach Fat & Weight Loss Workout

Belly fat is generally considered the most dangerous type of fat. As weight around the midriff area increases, so do the chances of a person succumbing to heart disease, high cholesterol, diabetes and a number of other health issues. Excessive belly fat is usually a result of poor eating habits, lack of exercise and stress. Small changes in diet and a few minutes of exercise each day can reduce belly fat and improve overall health.
