How to Break a Fat Loss Plateau

An effective weight loss regimen combines regular exercise and a low-calorie diet filled with essential nutrients like vitamins, minerals and protein. Even the most disciplined individual can run into the dreaded fat loss plateau, where positive results begin to diminish. The best way to avoid the plateau (and avoid giving up on your diet) includes adding variety to both your diet and your exercise routine. Body adaptation causes the plateau.
